Coupe glass

Garnish:

Mist with Islay Whisky

How to make:

Combine all together in one half a of metal shaker. Fill the other half with cracked ice.
Throw cocktail between the two shakers 5 times to chill, dilute and aerate.
Strain into a frozen coupe glass.

1 1/6 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/6 fl oz Monin Lavender sugar syrup
1 1/6 fl oz Belsazar Rosé vermouth
1/2 fl oz Campari Bitter liqueur
2 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1/6 fl oz Tempus Fugit Spirits Liqueur de Violettes
