Garnish:

Cinnamon stick on a skewer with a luxardo cherry on the end.

How to make:

Haymans Old Tom gin is infused with cinnamon (5 sticks to 4oz sitting for 24 hours) and paprika powder is used in a tincture using everclear. The recipe uses 1/4oz of paprika tincture. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake, and strain into Nick and Nora glass.

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Cardamaro vermouth amaro
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
2 gram Paprika powder
