Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

Peel a thin slice of rhubarb.

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
2. Prepare garnish of rhubarb slice.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
5. Garnish with rhubarb slice.

1 fl oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
1/6 fl oz Brancamenta
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
