How to make:

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake the ingredients with ice, then double strain into a couple glass.

1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
2/3 fl oz De Kuyper Brown Crème de Cacao
2/3 fl oz Double cream / heavy cream
1/3 fl oz Palo cortado sherry
1/3 fl oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
1/6 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
