Serve in a

Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Make a spruce bundle and put it on a cocktail pick with a maraschino cherry.

How to make:

Prepare the glass by rubbing its sides with a mint leaf.

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir it ice cold. Strain and serve up in your prepared glass.

1 fl oz St. George Terroir Gin
1/2 fl oz Fernet Branca liqueur
1/6 fl oz G. E. Massenez Framboise eau-de-vie
11/12 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
5/12 fl oz Dolin Dry vermouth
1 drop The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters
