Garnish:

Garnish with a thin lemon twist wrapped around a fresh rosemary sprig. Make sure to add slice to lemon twist to allow it to sit on the rim of the glass. Stimulate the rosemary before hand so that the aromatics are activated.

How to make:

Smoke dehydrated rosemary in a chilled coupe glass for 45 seconds. If you do not have a special smoker, do so by lighting the rosemary until a few leaves catch on fire and then swiftly blow it out to create concentrated smoke. Quickly cover the smoking rosemary so that it is contained and captured inside the glass.

Add 1 oz of Tanqueray London Dry Gin, .75 oz of Stoli Vanilla Vodka, .75 oz of Heering Cherry Liqueur, and .5 oz of Fernet Branca Menta into a stirring glass. Add ice and stir until appropriately diluted and chilled.

Strain into smoked glass.

Express lemon peel into drink and either repurpose or discard.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
3/4 fl oz Stolichnaya Stoli Vanil vodka
1/2 fl oz Brancamenta
