Jolly Good Oepsie

Serve in a

Rocks glass

Garnish:

Braaied Oepsie (3 bacon wrapped candy cherries on a skewer grilled over fire until cooked, charred and delightfully crispy)

How to make:

Prep: bacon fat wash brandy (begin 24 hours before). Infuse freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice at least 6 hours in advance (¼ orange peel to 200ml of juice).
Ice: 1 large cube or 2 semi large cubes
Method: Roll

Add all ingredients to big tin.
Fill with ice.
Roll 5-7 times.
Strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with an Oepsie.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Bacon fat-washed brandy
1 2/3 fl oz Orange Zest infused Pink Grapefruit Juice
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Honey Mustard Bitters
