Braaied Oepsie (3 bacon wrapped candy cherries on a skewer grilled over fire until cooked, charred and delightfully crispy)
Prep: bacon fat wash brandy (begin 24 hours before). Infuse freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice at least 6 hours in advance (¼ orange peel to 200ml of juice).
Ice: 1 large cube or 2 semi large cubes
Method: Roll
Add all ingredients to big tin.
Fill with ice.
Roll 5-7 times.
Strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with an Oepsie.

| 1 fl oz | Bacon fat-washed brandy |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Orange Zest infused Pink Grapefruit Juice |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Honey Mustard Bitters |
