You don't need to add the egg white as it doesn't adjust the flavour here, so this can be substituted for a vegan alternative like Aquafaba.
I like to make Chorus Girl with the less common Cocchi Dopo Teatro, but I'm sure the standard Cocchi Torino would be fine.

The Cherry Heering and Chartreuse Jaune combo is great, then added Scotch and lemon to create a shaken drink. Done for this very competition only. Prost!

The Fernet Branca adds a hint of Christmas Tree and balances the sweetness of the other ingredients. The drink works without it but isn't quite the same.
You can play with orange juice/Aperol balance depending on the quality of the juice available.
