Lemon peel/twist
Into a shaker tin with ice, add:
-- 3 oz Pallini Limoncello;
-- 1 oz gin;
-- 1 barspoon ouzo (5 mL);
-- 1 pinch of sea salt
Shake vigorously until tin is frosting over (and hands are starting to freeze to the shaker).
Pour contents from the tin--including the dirty, salty ice--into a large wine glass
Top with 2 oz of Cava
Garnish with a lemon peel/twist, and enjoy.
