Garnish:

Garnish with a cube of apple, a diamond-shaped lemon peel, and a Timur berry

How to make:

- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker
- Shake with ice, then dry shake
- Double strain and pour into the glass

5/6 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Château du Breuil VSOP Calvados
7/12 fl oz Paragon Timur Berry Cordial
2/3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
