
Finish cocktail with three drops chocolate bitters.
1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of chocolate bitters.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6. Garnish and finish cocktail with three drops chocolate bitters.
1 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 fl oz | Drambuie liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1/24 fl oz | Soy sauce |
1/24 fl oz | Chocolate bitters |
