Sampled on 08/11/2010

Appearance:

Clear, pale straw with hints of deeper amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla, citrus pear drops and jasmine with waxy cherry and beech wood.

Taste:

Heather in bloom with a herbal backbone and white pepper spice, followed by dried fruits dusted with spice (nutmeg, cardamom).

Aftertaste:

A woody (balsa) and vanilla prominent finish, rather sweet to the end.
