Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/10/2013

Appearance:

Clear antique golden amber.

Aroma:

New leather and balsawood, crisp green apple, restrained beeswax, faint pear drops and vanilla. Water amplifies all – particularly fruit.

Taste:

Sweet and fruity with pear drops, fresh pear and green apple skin. Be warned – go easy with the water as it turns into pure sour green apple.

Aftertaste:

Dried pear and pear drops with elegant oak and faint smoke.
