This 25 year old cask strength release of just 5,862 individually numbered bottles released in 2009 - the thirteenth limited bottling to be offered by the Isle of Skye distillery. The casks used were predominantly American oak hogsheads with some European oak refill.

Όψη:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Μύτη:

Surprisingly fruity (pear/apricot skin and orange zest) with pencil box shavings, salt ‘n’ pepper and earthy faintly smoky soap.

Στόμα:

Strong pepper, orange and salt and a sweet garnish of honey/sap.

Επίγευση:

Medium to long finish with pepper throughout.
