| 15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 0.9 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 0.9 ml | Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters |
| 1 unit | Freshly grated nutmeg |
