Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
40 ml Ketel One Vodka
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.6 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
1 Splash Sparkling cider
