Glass:

Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Akvavit / Aquavit
34 oz Liquore Strega
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I used Empress 1908 gin instead of Hayman's, and Bénédictine instead of Liquor Strega. Works great! And the subtle purple-ish color added by the gin just pimp the Halloween theme!

This cocktail is one of the best using it as well! Very good balance between the ingrediens, bringing out the best from each.
