16 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
0.42 oz Verjuice

13 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3 drop Balsamic vinegar of Modena

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Endive juice
