Based on the flavour of the sweet red apple, Monin Apple syrup is made with “sugar, water, concentrated apple and other fruit juice, flavouring, acidifying agent: citric acid. Total fruit juice: 22% minimum, including 13% apple juice.”

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Pungent just picked red apples.

Taste:

Slightly sweet fresh apple juice with strong citric acid sourness.

Aftertaste:

Apple and lingering citric acidity.
