A zero sugar sweetener alternative to sugar syrup designed to be used in low-calorie cocktails or to sweeten coffee. This sweetener has a sweetness roughly equal to 2 parts sugar to 1 part water (by volume) sugar syrup.

Crystal clear.
Virtually no discernible aroma.
Sweet with little flavour. Neutral minerality. Much thinner mouthfeel than sugar syrup.
The sweet finish ends with a faint metallic note which, while there, is very very light, especially compared to other sweeteners.
For most palates, when a cocktail is made with this sweetener there is little to separate the same cocktail made with sugar syrup. The thinner mouthfeel and a very very light metallic note is about all decerning drinkers will detect, but only if they are aware of what they are looking to find a difference. I made and sampled 27 different cocktails using this syrup and only towards the end of this did I become aware of the subtle note on the finish. Remember, it is not just sugar-free, this syrup is virtually calorie free.
