Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/09/2011

Appearance

Clear, bright golden.

Aroma

Mandarin (small sweet orange) zest with lemon zest and vanilla influenced stewed fruit aromas.

Taste

Slightly sweet, but beautifully balanced and far from cloying, zesty orange with vanilla, rosewater-like floral flavours and delicate cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste

Long, cleansing, zesty orange with enlivening spice.
