Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
30 ml Yoghurt (natural)
5 whole Cherry tomato (fresh)
5 slice Cucumber (fresh)
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
10 ml Olive brine (from jarred olives)
