| 30 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 30 ml | Sauvignon blanc wine |
| 10 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Mint leaves |
| 1⁄2 cupful | Green grapes (seedless) |
| 15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
