Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
30 ml Sauvignon blanc wine
10 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
18 cupful Mint leaves
12 cupful Green grapes (seedless)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
