Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
40 ml Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
20 ml Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
