Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:

6 fresh	Mint leaves
1 oz	Cognac (brandy)
1⁄2 oz	Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1⁄2 oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin
1⁄2 oz	Orange Curaçao liqueur
1 1⁄2 oz	Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 oz	Agave syrup
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of lime wheel & dust with grated nutmeg.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
