1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 oz Maple syrup
5 oz Boiling water

Pretty much 3 to 3.5 star. Mostly Scotch, not too much apple. Underwhelming. But a decent toddy nonetheless. I'd go for a standard Toddy next time.
