Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Pineapple juice
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (or edible orchid).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with crushed ice.
  2. POUR (without straining) into chilled glass.
