How to make:
MUDDLE 1 gram of cinnamon and in base of glass. Add rum and leave to infuse for 3 minutes before adding other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

| 1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) |
| 7 drop | Antésite anise |
| 7 drop | Old-fashioned / old time bitters |
