Garnish:
Dehydrated lemon wheel, orange peel & edible flower
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. (Didier’s original recipe uses 20ml pomegranate syrup which me makes with equal parts organic pomegranate juice & caster sugar.)
1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
1/3 fl oz | Martini Rubino Riserva Speciale vermouth |
1/3 fl oz | Amer Picon |
1/3 fl oz | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) |
2/3 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
