Ingredients: 50 ml Bacardi Ocho Anos; 10 ml Vermouth - Martini Rubino; 10 ml Amer Picon; 10 ml Grenadine/pomegranate syrup; 20 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed); 10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Serve in

Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Garnish:

Dehydrated lemon wheel, orange peel & edible flower

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. (Didier’s original recipe uses 20ml pomegranate syrup which me makes with equal parts organic pomegranate juice & caster sugar.)
