How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
2/3 fl oz | Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao |
2/3 fl oz | Rubino vermouth |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 drop | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
