1⅔ fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum (37.5%)
¾ fl oz Verjus de Perigord
fl oz Giffard Sirop de Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
2 dash Ricard Pastis de Marseille
1⅔ fl oz Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda.

Garnish:

Freshly grated nutmeg

Comment:

Damien Guichard says of his drink, "Amandita is inspired by a light French aperitif called a Mauresque, which traditionally combines orgeat, pastis and tap water. It represents the art of sharing a moment during a meal, between the giver and the receiver."
