How to make:

|3⁄4 fl oz||Verjus de Perigord|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Giffard Orgeat Syrup|
|2 dash||Ricard Pastis|
|1 2⁄3 fl oz||Soda (club soda) or sparkling water|
