How to make:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with cava and briefly stir.

3/4 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1/3 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
1 1/2 fl oz | Cava sparkling wine |
