Masterclass with Libbey: The Glass is the Link

Join Kevin Vollebregt, brand ambassador from Libbey Glass Europe, and bar manager Matt Linklater from acclaimed bar Black Pearl in Melbourne, at an exclusive masterclass which explores glassware and its role on the drinking experience.

Libbey, the producers of world-renowned glassware, invites those in the drinks industry to join them at an exciting masterclass held on 8th September at Bulletin Place bar in Sydney at 2pm.

Guests will have a fantastic opportunity to design their own glasses, win a trip to Europe and one of the largest bar shows in the world, Tales of the Cocktail. Not only that, drinks, food and free glassware will be offered at the session.

During the masterclass, Kevin Vollebregt and Matt Linklater will discuss well-known classics, from the Martini to the Mai-Tai, and how these glasses have become linked to the cocktail. Guests will learn the history of the drinking glass and its impact on cocktails, while delving into glassware’s influence on taste.
