Love vodka? Love cocktails? If this sounds like you, we think these four Sydney venues will be right up your alley this summer with dedicated menus of super-tasty spritzes, cocktails and the occasional shiny disco ball.

The Greens, North Sydney

North Sydney-staple The Greens are running a Summer of Spritz menu with three delicious Grey Goose options so you can now play bowls against the stunning Sydney harbour skyline with a great vodka cocktail in hand.

Excitingly based on Grey Goose's new Essences range, (three new botanically-infused flavours from the brand based on their vodka) the Spritzes you're trying here use the new flavours with dry vermouth and ginger ale. Pick between the White Peach & Rosemary Spritz, the super-popular Watermelon & Basil Spritz or the Strawberry & Lemongrass Spritz.

Cafe Sydney, CBD

This rooftop restaurant, with its jaw-dropping harbour views and beautiful modern Australian menu is the sort of place we'd feel happy taking friends, dates and family - everyone is constantly impressed. Their cocktail menu is overseen by some seriously talented bartenders who know how to strike a balance between crowd-pleaser and innovation and the Prickly Pear is a perfect example.

Using Grey Goose Pear, Dom Benedictine, pear and lemon it's a fruity sour, with herbal undertones and exceptional balance. While the other drinks in this article are based on classics, the Prickly Pear is something unique with a gloriously rich texture that manages to also feel refreshing. We're huge fans and will be coming back for more (not that anyone needs an excuse to make a reservation at Cafe Sydney).

The Clock, Surry Hills

Bringing the party this summer, Surry Hills venue The Clock have redone their courtyard with shiny disco balls hanging overhead and a menu of disco Spritzes to match. Best of all you've got the option of single serves or carafes to share with mates.

Choose from two fizzes based on the classic Grey Goose, or three using the new essences range. If you go classic you've got the Le Grand Fizz with Grey Goose vodka, St Germain, lime and soda or their Fresh Cut Spritz with Grey Goose vodka, white vermouth, orange and soda. We can rarely say no to the winning combo of elderflower and vodka so you know which one we'll be opting for.

Zushi, Barangaroo

It wouldn't be a list of excellent vodka drinks if the Espresso Martini didn't sneak its way on, and this little twist by Barangaroo's Zushi is topping our list for summer.

The water front leading to Darling Harbour is already where we've been spending our evenings this summer (in between dodging the downpours from La Nina) because this is truly where to catch some spectacular sunsets. Dine on plates of fresh sashimi, those epic sushi rolls and hot honey prawns before ending the evening with a La Vanille Grey Goose Espresso Martini. Summer sessions sorted.
