Sweet but balanced with rich, date, raisin, white wine acidity and dry black tea-like tannins.

Gonzalez Byass Viña AB Amontillado Seco 12 anos
Fruity with drying balancing acidity, slight saltiness, green grape, asparagus, minerality and leathery vanilla biscuity notes.

Gonzalez Byass Alfonso Oloroso Seco
Rich green grape, chamois leathery oak, vanilla and good acidity.

Ackerman Crémant de Loire Royal Brut Method Traditionnelle Sparkling Wine
Light, fresh, well-balanced, easy drinking "Traditional Method" sparkling wine which is perfect for summer drinking. Characterised by with pleasing biscuity/brioche notes, zesty lemon/lime and faint floral complexity.

González Byass Matúsalem Oloroso Sherry
Rich and unctuous with incredible complexity and layers of flavour - prune, fig, raisin and sultana with coffee and dark chocolate.

Le Brun de Neuville Lady de N Chardonnay
This 100% chardonnay champagne has a distinct brioche character with notes of blue cheese, orchard fruit and assertive acidity.

Ferrari Maximum Brut NV
Made in the methods and with the same care as champagne, Ferrari Maximum is perfectly balanced, wonderfully buttery (from the use of 100% Chardonnay) and biscuity with lemon and pear fruit. All this with attractive floral aromas.

Red berry and plum fruit, lightly spiced oak, faint coal dust, enlivening black pepper and balancing tannins.

Yealands Estate Gruner Veltliner, Awatere 2014
Dry, very fruity and refreshingly acidic. Cider apple, ripe pineapple, green apple skin, rosemary, grapefruit zest and black pepper.

Dry with high acidity, tropical fruit (lime zest, pineapple, ripe passion fruit, gooseberries), honeysuckle and elderflower.

Representing great value, with its zesty lime and passion fruit wine, this wine is a crowd pleaser.

Martin Códax Albariño 2014
One of the best-known Albariños, Martin Códax is made by a large cooperative and is consistently good. This 2014 is tart herbal and grassy with citrus and white floral notes.
