Too sweet as written. I thought I picked up a hint of apple juice on my first sip. Yes, that sweet. I added 1/4 oz of extra lemon juice and it was much more balanced. I’m surprised that this one is an 8 on the sweet to dry scale. I wouldn’t put it higher than a 5.

Very light and summery, botanical and bittersweet. Goes down too easily!

I am loving this. The balance of flavors are perfect. My son who is not a bitter or gin drinker loved this. I made 2 after he drank 1/2 of my first cocktail. Highly recommend.

Sorry, it is sweet and easy. Reminds me of the Kool-Aid we drank as kids.
