I did double the grenadine for me since it was 1:1, but it was truly delicious. The Jamaican rum funk from the Appleton Estate Reserve (apparently a bit funkier than your current preference, the newer 8 Reserve), made the drink truly moreish. Easy 5 star for me.

This is a very tasty drink, but really requires very sweet grenadine, or it's almost too tart (and I like my drinks on the tart side).

Very good and pleasing cocktail.
