Sherry forward, but heat from the cognac, we’ll balanced with the cherry and sugar syrup, plus a background note from the lemon peel. Sunshine in a coupe!

I used Courvoisier VS, Osborne Fino Sherry, and other prescribed ingredients. Not impressed. I think it's the Sherry? Which brands do you recommend?
