Followed the suggestion of service sur la rock. I love both Fallen Leaves and the Fall Back cocktails. This is like the pared back version. Simple and delicious. Also noticed the existence of the Marconi Wireless… 🤔. Next time….

The Star and Apple Blossom cocktails are very similar - really just ratios and bitters choices

Great night cap. Strong taste of the calvados with a hint of herbal with the vermouth. Agree, it was best served in a rocks glass over ice.
