Had almost given up on finding a bottle of this exceptional liqueur, but a business trip to Stockholm this week allowed me to find time to go for a bit of a rummage through the Ahlens department store's basement liquor store. Bingo! Successfully armed with a bottle, I've returned home and tried out the first offering from the Xanté list – a pear and cardamom sidecar – and happy to report it's been well worth the foraging! Thoroughly deserves a wider introduction into cocktail cabinets everywhere
