Excellent combo, the smokiness plays so complimentary to the amaro, and the hint of cherry rides shotgun so well. I'm tempted to add a dash of cherry bitters or ¼oz cherry liqueur to see what happens but definitely excellent as is.

Nice find. Thoroughly enjoyed this combination! Glad I had the Lucano. Perhaps the maraschino enhanced/converted some cherry cola notes with the amaro. Continued to please with dilution. Good to the last drop.

Beautifully bittersweet smoke. Bought some Lucano Amaro on the way back from Milan recently on a bit of a whim, and I'm now very glad I followed the hunch - made this with Mezcal Verde Momento and it certainly hit the late-night sipper spot. I enjoy an M&M and this feels like a slightly more subtle, sippable alternative.
