This one really needs the splash of lime more than a normal G&T.

I was making this recipe, but had only Elderflower Syrup and an open can of Club Soda. After tweaking the quantities, got a nice variation!

It's on my profile as "Garden Elderflower Spritz". Must try, my favorite creation so far.

I put in half a lime in wedges that I squeeze before dropping in. So good. Love to make it when I come home from work and I just don’t have the energy for a more elaborate cocktail. The regular G&T is too bitter for me. With a little bit of elderflower liqueur this is perfect for my taste.

I’ve heard there is a frozen version of this, using Jack Rudy’s tonic syrup. Anyone know of the recipe for the right balance of ingredients?

Used a home made elderflower liqueur and the danish Geranium gin! Much better, less sweet and more herbs.

I’ve done this but much more gin and much less elderflower liqueur (2oz & 0.5oz) and a botanical gin it’s quite tasty but I imagine if you put that much liqueur it would be WAY too much like SO much elderflower.

A botanical gin makes all the difference here. Also, using a gin bottle straight from freezer and cooled (fridge) tonic water and liqueur prevents ice from diluting too much. In fact, I can drink it without any ice when done this way.

Agreed, Katie. I've amended to be in line with your spec.
