Divine. Used honey syrup instead of agave, based on a tip from a mixologist that the honey brings out the agave spirit better than agave syrup. This was also my first time using xanthan gum because enough of Simon's recipes talked me into it. A revelation. I'll be in the blender more this summer.
Exceptional - the color and bitterness (from the Campari) give the impression that it has a pink grapefruit base (although it isn't tart, and is actually a bit sweet). Vibrant pink color.
I believe the instruction to "strain" into a chilled glass is meant to be "pour" into a chilled glass. This is intended to be a frozen (slushy) cocktail - isn't it?
Very nice drink. Masks the terrible Mixto Tequila very well, with orange, Campari and lime to the fore. I also added some extra agave syrup since I slightly overpoured the Campari.
