I really enjoyed this with Salers and Amaro delle Terme. Definitely needs a large ice cube as it gets far too tame when diluted. I would actually think it would be more enjoyable up in a Nick and Nora.
Beautifully complex. I had to sub 1/3oz campari, and 1/3oz ginger liquor, and I did 1oz canned pineapple juice as mine wasn't very flavorful. I'm shocked how well everything works together.
This is a really nice balance of flavors. Not overpoweringly smokey, just enough sweetness, and a little floral pop from the elderflower. This has made my shortlist!
