Definitely dependent on how good your pisco is, very similar to a grappatini.

What an interesting and very good pisco based cocktail. It was very spirit forward. As the pisco is the main flavouring, it does require a good bottle and not the nasty cheap stuff.

This is a serious contender for the classical Martini cocktail, especially if considering what a noble spirit Pisco could be if using one of high quality. Not bad at all!
One question I have is could I replace bianco to lillet blanc.
Is it okay?
