Simple, fresh and delightful as is but we added 7.5ml Amber Aperitivo (which has its own citrus notes) to include a hint of bitter complexity.

We considered using Campari but thought that that would destroy the cocktail's lemon hue.

As expected, the flavour profile is quite linear, but it's pleasant. The cocktail version of a lemon sorbet. I can see that as a drink to go with a creamy dessert.

Absolutely. Nice, shaken and just made, could even be a replacement.

Had a barman make this, might have been too sweet because lemon juice wasn't freshly squeezed. I'll try at home before final verdict.

Did not have any of the Ketel One so had to use Absolut Citron Vodka. no other changes, a wonderful cocktail that works very well in winter I just want to try it now in the summer

When life gives you lemons….Make a Yellow Belly. A very lemon forward, refreshing drink. I used simple syrup instead of the Rich simple syrup and bumped it to 1/4 oz simple syrup.

Very refreshing! Perfect for a summer evening. I was expecting it to be very sour but it is very well balanced.
