Tastes okay, but too citrus-y. I did make it without the egg white, and I think the additional dilution that the egg white would have provided would be helpful.

As another said, lovely without the egg white, added some daiquiri bitters too, fantastic.

Aca...daqa...licious! Used Bickfords Lime Cordial and Plantation 3 Star. Used aquafaba and not egg white- this gives it a cleaner crisper foam than creamier egg white which I think works better with rum and lime. A winner.
