Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.

As another said, lovely without the egg white, added some daiquiri bitters too, fantastic.

Aca...daqa...licious! Used Bickfords Lime Cordial and Plantation 3 Star. Used aquafaba and not egg white- this gives it a cleaner crisper foam than creamier egg white which I think works better with rum and lime. A winner.

Super even without the egg white
