Delicious after-dinner cocktail. Used half of the sugar syrup to make it a bit less sweet. Bitters work perfectly and enhance the cognac.

Really good cocktail - and sweet. Will try using 7,5 ml sugar sirup next time - so a little less sweet.

Oh, this works beautifully. Really lovely balance and very moreish. Superb.
