I can’t see any Genipi cocktails or even it listed as an ingredient anywhere. It is sort of absinthe like but more herbal. Do you guys not recognise it as a cocktail ingredient?
Hi Gareth, we have 11 recipes with genepi liqueur. If you go to Cocktail Finder and look under the liqueur dropdown you'll see genepi liqueur listed there. And there's a further 44 recipes contributed by the community. Cheers!
I submitted (and made public) the recipe for Van Gogh's Martini, which I enjoyed at 'Gamble' cocktail bar in Copenhagen. It contains a staggering 10 ml of absinth. It is nicely balanced with China-china, green chartreuse and celery bitters. Do try it!
